Our client, a private equity-backed wellness and lifestyle business in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance and management control functions. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic decision-making and support business growth by strengthening data-driven management across the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance and management control functions
- Oversee annual budgeting and budget-versus-actual management
- Conduct financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare and deliver reports for Board and shareholders
- Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with senior management on financial strategy development
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Drive profitability improvement initiatives
- Support M&A activities and business restructuring


Qualifications:

- Experience in finance, corporate planning, or accounting within an operating company
- Proven experience leading budgeting, budget control, and financial analysis processes
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with senior leadership
- Team management experience, including evaluation, coaching, and goal setting
- Experience in a PE-backed company or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with M&A, especially PMI or business restructuring is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience establishing internal controls and governance frameworks is preferred but not mandatory

応募資格
 

• 事業会社での財務、経営企画、または経理の経験
• 予算策定、予実管理、財務分析プロセスのリード経験
• 損益計算書、貸借対照表、キャッシュフローの強い理解
• 経営陣との意思決定支援経験
• チームマネジメントの経験（評価、指導、目標設定を含む）
• PE支援企業または類似環境での経験があれば尚可
• M&A、特にPMIや事業再編の経験があれば尚可
• 内部統制やガバナンスフレームワークの構築経験があれば尚可
