職務内容
・データベースインフラ（信頼性・可用性・パフォーマンス）の設計・運用統括・DBREチームのマネジメント（採用・育成・評価・組織改善）
・技術戦略の策定および実行
・重要プロジェクト（DB移行・統合・最適化）の推進
・クロスファンクショナルチームとの連携（プロダクト・インフラ・その他開発チーム）
・データ基盤のコスト最適化および効率改善
・ビジネス要件に応じたデータ基盤の進化の牽引
