【業務内容】
・工場運営全般および生産プロセスの管理・統括
・現地スタッフ、エンジニア、および生産管理チームの指揮・監督
・財務諸表の分析および基礎的な会計知識を用いたコスト効率の向上
・高い製造品質基準の維持および現地従業員への技術・ノウハウの伝承
・工場が現地の環境規制や安全基準を厳格に遵守していることの管理・徹底
・工業団地内における物流、サプライチェーンおよび原材料倉庫の管理
・地域統括本社と連携し、生産KPIおよび財務状況の報告
・スタッフの定着率向上のための戦略的な人事評価および透明性のある評価制度の構築
・チームワーク向上のためのイヤーエンドパーティーや社員旅行などの社内企業イベントの企画・参加
・その他経営陣から割り当てられる関連業務
