People Business Partner （HR Generalist）

■Knowledge/Experience:
・ 5 years of Human Resources experience as a generalist or related role
・ Solid understanding of Human Resources technical areas including but not limited to; compensation practices recruiting HRIS employee relations performance management and learning and development.
・ Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multicultural and fast paced environment
・ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
・ Organizational and time management skills

■Others:
・ SAP knowledge is a plus.
・ Experience dealing with external unions is a plus.
・ Experience working in the chemical industry is a plus.
・ Physical requirements for the position such as mobility vision strength etc. （applicable in line with local laws）:
・ Able to travel occasionally
