Review of contracts relevant to our business
Legal consultation
Corporate governance
Trainings
Intellectual property topics : Protection and management of trademark patent design copyright and domain name portfolios in coordination with the global team
COMPLIANCE
Deploy the Group’s Policies (including but not limited to Code of Conduct Integrity Anti Trust etc.)
Ensure the compliance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as the above policies through

Education background
・ Relevant Bachelor’s Degree and above
Technical Skills and Experiences required ・ 5 to 7 years (minimum 3 4 years) of prior relevant experience preferably in manufacturing sector (FMCG/B to C or not).
・ Having worked on : Business law (commercial corporate) Anti trust Compliance Ethics Contract negotiations Intellectual property law Data privacy Litigation.
・ Would be a plus : Experience in marketing related laws and regulations (e.g. the Trademark Act the Unfair Competition Prevention Act the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations the Personal Information Prevention Act).
・ Contracts and Transactions:・Draft review and negotiate various agreements including but not limited to service agreements customer agreements purchase agreements and other agreements relevant to our business activities and provide legal assistance to them.
・ Legal/Compliance Ethics trainings
・ Governance: Corporate matters (General Meeting of Shareholders Board of Directors) company policies and other governance topics.
・ Language: Japanese and English (at least business level in both)
