職務内容
- 事業部CEO直下のHRBPとして、組織・人材戦略を立案・実行
- 製造拠点を含む幅広い従業員層に対するHRパートナーリング
- 労務対応、労使コミュニケーション、現場課題への対応
- 経営層・現場双方との信頼関係構築と意思決定支援
- グローバルHRチームや海外ステークホルダーとの連携
- 将来的なスコープ拡大を見据えたHR体制・仕組みづくり

- 年収：基本給＋年収の15%賞与
