  • ターゲット企業の調達部門、人事部門、総務部門、出張管理担当者、経営層との関係構築
  • 提案資料の作成、プレゼンテーション
  • 新規ビジネスチャンスの発掘・分析、市場拡大戦略への貢献
  • 既存顧客との長期的な関係維持およびアカウント拡大

A rapidly growing global travel technology company is expanding its corporate travel business across Japan and is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate market growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly expanding business division focused on building strategic corporate partnerships within the Japan market.

Working within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, you will drive new business development, strengthen long-term client relationships, and contribute to the growth of innovative corporate travel solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in corporate travel, business development, SaaS sales, hospitality, or B2B solution sales who enjoy building businesses from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new corporate partnerships across Japan, targeting companies with domestic and international business travel needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with procurement teams, travel managers, HR departments, administration teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to introduce corporate travel management solutions and services.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to regional market expansion strategies.
  • Maintain and expand long-term client relationships following onboarding to support account growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather market feedback and customer insights to support business planning and product enhancement discussions.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and account updates using internal systems.

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience within corporate travel, travel management, hospitality, MICE, SaaS, business services, or solution-based sales environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing consultative sales processes and building relationships with Japanese corporate clients.
  • Experience handling both new business development and account management responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of professional experience required.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with high ownership and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable working within a growing and evolving business environment.
  • Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Language Requirements:
  • Japanese: Native or fluent communication skills required.
