本ポジションは、大規模マーケティングプラットフォームを支える技術組織において、非エンジニア領域の業務を担当します。
ビジネス部門とエンジニアの橋渡し役として、問い合わせ対応、要件整理、関係者調整を行っていただきます。

当社クライアントは、複数の事業を横断して利用されるマーケティング基盤を運営する大手グローバルテクノロジー企業です。
国内外のエンジニアと連携しながら、スケールの大きなシステム運用に携わることができます。
職務内容
- 社内ビジネスクライアントからの問い合わせ対応、要望ヒアリング
- エンジニア向けの要件整理・ドキュメント作成
- 複数ステークホルダー間の調整・進行管理サポート
- プロジェクトに近い形でのタスク管理、課題整理
- 必要に応じたデータ確認や簡単な分析業務（SQL経験があれば尚可）
- 日本語話者でないエンジニアとの英語によるコミュニケーション
