主な業務内容
- 予約数および売上向上のための販売戦略の立案・実行
- 法人クライアントおよび旅行代理店との良好な関係構築・維持
- 契約交渉、グループ予約・イベント予約の管理
- 市場動向および競合他社の価格設定のモニタリング
- 営業レポートの作成および売上目標の達成
- 営業チームのマネジメントおよび目標達成に向けたリーダーシップの発揮
- 顧客管理のためのCRMソフトウェアの導入・活用
応募資格
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
- ホスピタリティ業界における営業職でのリーダーシップ経験
- 高級ホテルでの営業経験
- CRMソフトウェアの使用経験（歓迎。必須ではありません）
- 市場動向および競合他社の価格分析能力
- 優れた交渉力
