現在エイラシステムでは、ITヘルプデスク業務をご担当いただける方を募集しています。
日本をはじめ、韓国、香港、米国に拠点を有する日系金融資産運用会社にて、オンサイトでのサポートを行っていただくポジションです。
- 配属チーム：ITデスクトップ／インフラサポートチーム（現在3名）
- サポート対象：日本国内のユーザー（約150名）※日本語メイン
- 勤務スタイル：品川駅（オンサイト勤務）
【主な業務内容】
国内ユーザーを対象とした、デスクサイドおよびITヘルプデスク業務全般。
- 機器のサポート：PC（デスクトップ・ノートPC）、iPhone、およびビデオ会議システムのセットアップ、トラブルシューティング、サポート
- アプリのサポート：社内開発およびベンダー提供アプリケーション（金融系アプリケーションを含む）のユーザーサポート
- アカウント管理：ユーザーアカウントの管理およびメンテナンス
- 資産管理：IT資産（PC、UPS、トークン、その他の機器）の追跡および管理

- 金融業界向けアプリケーションのサポート経験
- iPhoneに関する知識・知見（あれば尚可）
【求める人物像】
- PC、OS、アプリケーションへの理解を深めるための、好奇心と前向きに学ぶ姿勢
- ITインフラの日常運用（サーバー、ネットワーク、パッチ適用、バックアップ、ベンダー調整など）に関連する追加業務を学び、引き受ける意欲
