Senior Talent Acquisition Manager | シニアタレントアクイジションマネージャー

A global consumer-focused organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring initiatives and recruitment operations across the business. This role will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to strengthen recruitment processes, support talent planning activities, and contribute to ongoing organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容

  • Support and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities for a variety of positions across the organization
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Monitor recruitment market trends and provide insights to support hiring effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Assist in talent pipeline development and workforce planning activities
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications | 応募資格

  • 8+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of the Japan hiring market and recruitment trends
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and recruitment projects
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural business environment is preferred
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or related industries is a plus

応募資格

  • 8年以上の採用またはタレントアクイジション経験
  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
  • 大学卒業以上、または同等の実務経験
  • 日本市場における採用動向や人材マーケットに関する知識
  • 複数の関係者と連携しながら業務を推進した経験
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力および調整力
  • 外資系またはグローバル環境での業務経験歓迎
  • 消費財・小売・関連業界での経験歓迎
