• - Lead talent acquisition strategy development and execution
• - Mentor and develop talent acquisition team capabilities
• - Oversee talent acquisition programs and initiatives
• - Influence business leaders on talent acquisition priorities
• - Implement global initiatives with HR and global teams
• - Analyze market trends to improve talent acquisition

Qualifications:

• - 8+ years of experience in recruiting
• - Fluent in both Japanese and English
• - BS/BA Degree
• - Knowledge of the Japan talent landscape and market recruiting trends
• - Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with talent acquisition strategies and practices
• - Experience in the footwear and apparel industry is preferred but not mandatory
• - Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
• - Experience with international recruitment processes

• 8年以上のリクルーティング経験
• 日本語と英語の両方に堪能であること
• 学士号または同等の学位
• 日本のタレント市場とリクルーティングトレンドに関する知識
• FMCG業界での経験があれば尚可

• ステークホルダー管理と関係構築のスキル
