Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop retail teams in multiple locations
- Analyze sales data to optimize store performance
- Implement inventory management systems across stores
- Monitor fashion trends to guide store merchandising

- 小売チームの指導と育成を複数店舗で行い、店舗運営を改善する
- 売上データを分析し、各店舗のパフォーマンスを向上させる
- 在庫管理システムを店舗全体で導入・実施する

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in fashion retail management
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and apparel industry
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Proficiency in team leadership and development
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
