■仕事内容
新組織体制において、バックオフィス基盤の構築から事業拡大に向けた開発までを一気通貫でプロデュースするプレイングマネージャー候補
【お任せする2つのコア領域】
・バックオフィス
ネイティブ/バイリンガル講師が安心して活躍するためのビザ管理、労務管理、契約更新プロセスの高度化および仕組み化。コンプライアンスを遵守した強固な組織基盤を構築します。
・ビジネスデベロップメント（事業開発・営業）
外国籍人材コミュニティやアセットを活用した、事業拡大のためのマーケティング・営業活動の企画立案および実行。新組織の売上・シェア拡大をダイレクトに牽引します。

500万円～700万円
