職務内容
上場企業の企業価値向上およびスタートアップの成長支援を目的に、M&A・CVC等領域に特化したアドバイザリー業務を展開しています。
クライアントは時価総額数百億円〜数千億円規模の大企業が中心で、成長戦略の立案から案件ソーシング、実行支援、投資後・提携後の成長支援までを一気通貫で支援しています。
プロジェクトでは、スタートアップのCEO／CFOクラスとの直接折衝を行う機会も多く、加えて都道府県など行政と連携した案件や、海外スタートアップとの連携を含むクロスボーダー案件にも取り組んでいます。
これらの取り組みを通じて、上場企業の中長期的な企業価値向上と、スタートアップエコシステムの発展に貢献しています。
