職務内容
- 国内テクニカルサービス組織の運営および業務プロセスの設計・改善
- 社内技術チームおよび外部サービスパートナーのマネジメント
- 導入・保守・修理を含むアフターサービス体制の品質向上
- 現場で得られる情報をもとに、品質・開発部門への改善フィードバック
- サービス用部品の在庫管理および関連部門との需給調整
- 海外拠点と連携したベストプラクティスの導入・展開
- 年間計画の策定、進捗管理、上位マネジメントへのレポーティング
