【Job Responsibilities】
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead security technology initiatives across multiple Park locations, including Lenel access control deployments and implementation of a Visitor Management System (VMS) solution replacing the current Microsoft Forms–based process.
The role will manage vendors, stakeholders, operational scheduling, deployment activities, and BAU transition planning to ensure successful delivery with minimal operational disruption. The initial engagement is focused on targeted venue deployments as part of the final phase of a broader multi-year security program, with potential opportunities to support future transformation initiatives based on performance.

<Key Responsibilities>
1.Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of security-related technology projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Manage dependencies across Security, Facilities, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and quality expectations while minimizing operational impact.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, stakeholder updates, and escalation management.

2.Security Systems Implementation

  • Lead deployment of Lenel access control hardware across designated Park venues.
  • Manage implementation of the Visitor Management System replacing existing Microsoft Forms processes.
  • Oversee vendor activities including installation, configuration, testing, training, and rollout.
  • Support site surveys, commissioning, operational validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure documentation, operational readiness, and successful transition into support operations.

3.BAU Transition & Governance

  • Coordinate Business As Usual (BAU) transition activities to ensure smooth handover into operational support.
  • Ensure IT Operations teams receive appropriate knowledge transfer, technical documentation, operational procedures, and training prior to project closure.
  • Establish support readiness, escalation processes, and operational ownership with vendors and support teams.
  • Coordinate hypercare activities and project closure readiness assessments.
  • Maintain project governance artifacts including schedules, RAID logs, deployment documentation, testing records, and operational handover materials.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, security standards, and change management processes.

Required Skills

【Required Qualifications】

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of Project Management or Delivery Management experience.
  • Experience delivering enterprise security, infrastructure, or systems integration projects.
  • Experience managing vendors and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project delivery skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

【Preferred Qualifications】

  • Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Visitor Management Systems, or physical security platforms.
  • Experience working in complex operational environments such as theme parks, hospitality, entertainment, airports, resorts, or large campuses.
  • Familiarity with physical security infrastructure including access control, badge systems, CCTV integrations, and security operations workflows.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred but not required.
  •  Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system integration concepts is considered an advantage.
  • Experience supporting operational transition, hypercare, or BAU handover activities.

【Language Requirements】

  • Native-level or business-level Japanese communication skills are required.
  • Strong Japanese communication skills are mandatory due to frequent coordination with
  • local vendors, facilities teams, operations stakeholders, and onsite deployment activities.
  • Ability to prepare clear and professional written progress reports in English for global leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written English for coordination with regional/global cybersecurity teams and technical support inquiries.
