職務内容
日本における中途・新卒・障がい者採用を含む採用戦略の立案および実行
採用コーディネーター／ジュニアリクルーターの指導・育成・パフォーマンス管理
採用プロセス全体のマネジメントおよびエスカレーション対応
採用データ・KPIを活用した分析、採用効率・質の改善
多様性・コンプライアンスを意識した候補者プールの構築・管理
事業部門と連携した中長期の人員計画および採用ニーズの把握
採用市場・報酬動向の把握と、戦略的な採用提案
採用関連の管理業務・承認プロセスの適切な運用
採用ブランディング施策の企画・推進
