Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered customer service platforms across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Own project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Drive alignment and consensus between business and engineering without dictating technical solutions.
- Manage scope, quality, testing, and release readiness for complex software initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication, unblock issues, and ensure smooth handover from release to operations.

- Proven ability to drive consensus, manage risks, and lead Agile delivery across business and engineering teams.
