将来的にSenior Specialistとして活躍いただくことを見据え、HR担当として社員対応や制度運用など幅広い人事業務をご担当いただきます。
＜具体的な業務例＞
◆社員対応
（入社・退職・休職・復職手続きの案内、新入社員研修、メンタルヘルスやハラスメント相談対応など）
◆人事システムの運用
（人員管理、社員データの活用、業務効率化に向けた運用改善の企画など）
◆新入社員研修の運営サポート
（事務局対応、各種調整業務）
◆法令改正への対応
（社内規程や各種帳票の更新、資料作成、社員向け説明対応など）
※上記に限らず、ご経験やスキルに応じて担当業務を調整します。

・人事業務全般の知識
・課題解決力・提案力
・基本的なPCスキル（Word／Excel／PowerPoint）
・人事システム運用経験
・出張対応可能な方（年2回・各1週間程度）

・人事システム（例：人事奉行）の運用経験
・メンタルヘルス対応経験
・読み書きに抵抗ない英語力
