Support the growth of the retail business by coordinating and executing store opening activities based on each brand’s strategy. This role ensures operational readiness smooth communication among internal and external stakeholders and timely delivery of tasks required for successful store launches.
■業務概要
・Coordinate with each brand to support store opening planning based on their strategy ensuring smooth information sharing and timely execution.
・Maintain regular communication with developers and real estate agencies to gather up to date market and property information.
・Conduct area and property research compiling relevant market data to support site evaluation and decision making.
・Assist in negotiations with property owners by preparing data and documentation to help secure favorable commercial terms.
・Prepare accurate P L estimates for new stores and share them with brand teams and related stakeholders in Japan.
・Create required approval materials for brand HQ and APAC ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
・Support the store design process by coordinating between brand HQ and interior vendors ensuring plans align with budget and requirements.
・Work closely with each brand’s retail team to prepare for store openings and support a smooth business handover post opening.
・Assist with contract related tasks for existing stores including updates and renewals.
・Support the planning and implementation of store interior refresh projects for existing locations.

・3・5 years of experience in a related retail or store operations role.
・Practical experience working within a PDCA cycle or similar continuous improvement process.
・General IT and PC skills including proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
・Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
・Ability to execute store opening tasks accurately and on schedule.
・Basic analytical skills for market research and P L preparation.
・High attention to detail in documents contracts and project tracking.
・Ability to build positive relationships with developers landlords and vendors.
・Practical problem solving skills and flexibility in managing multiple tasks.
・Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong documentation skills.
・Native level Japanese; business level English for communication with HQ/APAC.
・Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
