1．契約審査・交渉
・各種商業契約（業務委託、共同開発、ライセンス、NDA等）の起案・審査・交渉
・契約ライフサイクル全体の管理（ドラフト・締結後の履行管理）
・契約リスクの分析および対応方針（ミティゲーション）の策定・社内助言
・社内ステークホルダーとの連携による意思決定支援
・外部法律事務所・専門家との連携およびディレクション
2．知的財産
・事業・技術戦略に基づく知財戦略の立案および推進
・国内外における特許出願・権利化プロセスの管理
・知財ポートフォリオの構築・最適化および競争力強化
・第三者知財を含むリスク評価および対応
・ライセンス関連業務および法的リスクのマネジメント
・外部専門家（弁理士等）との連携
