CRM施策（ニュースレター、ギフティング等）の実行・進行管理
MAツールを用いた顧客データの抽出・管理・分析
店舗スタッフへの施策共有およびフォローアップ
イタリア本社（ミラノ）との英語によるメール・調整業務
SAPを使用した出荷指示および進捗管理
Excelを用いたレポーティング業務
