Electrical Engineer - Miyagi
N2+ (at least N3 certified)
Client: Semiconductor
Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement control programs for semiconductor deposition equipment
- Order electrical components and inspect assembled systems
- Prepare experimental setups and test environments, and execute validation testing
- Analyze test data and evaluate system performance
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams
- Travel domestically and internationally as required

Qualifications
Required:
- Business level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2+)
- 3+ years of electrical and electronic engineering experience
- Experience with control algorithms and machine learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with at least 5 years of practical experience
- Experience with some of the following tools: AutoCAD, MATLAB / Simulink, Python, PLC, C programming
Preferred:
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or sub fab systems
- Experience with industrial machinery such as CNC machines or machining centers
- Experience working with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, ABB)
- Experience in related industries such as medical devices (CT, MRI), HVAC systems, chillers, or aerospace systems
