N2+ (at least N3 certified)

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control programs for semiconductor deposition equipment
• Order electrical components and inspect assembled systems
• Prepare experimental setups and test environments, and execute validation testing
• Analyze test data and evaluate system performance
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams
• Travel domestically and internationally as required

Qualifications

Required:

• Business level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2+)
• 3+ years of electrical and electronic engineering experience
• Experience with control algorithms and machine learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with at least 5 years of practical experience
• Experience with some of the following tools: AutoCAD, MATLAB / Simulink, Python, PLC, C programming

Preferred:

• Experience in semiconductor equipment or sub fab systems
• Experience with industrial machinery such as CNC machines or machining centers
• Experience working with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, ABB)
• Experience in related industries such as medical devices (CT, MRI), HVAC systems, chillers, or aerospace systems
