Our client, a global leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an HR TA Lead for their Japan operations, focusing on sustainable energy and innovation. This role offers the unique opportunity to guide and develop a new Talent Acquisition team, leading an ambitious project to increase headcount by 500, and optimizing the TA function at a global AI robotics firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a multi-disciplinary recruiting team
- Develop recruitment strategies for diverse roles
- Utilize data and insights to drive recruitment strategy
- Build networks and pipelines of passive talent
- Provide recruitment progress reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for a new factory
- Implement strategies to optimize talent acquisition function
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment strategies
- Track record of building high-performing recruiting teams
- Experience in talent acquisition across diverse fields
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with AI and robotics recruitment is preferred but not mandatory
