解約・減額・契約者貸付などの手続きを通じて、契約管理および顧客サービス向上を支えるポジションです。

- 定額保険に関する各種保全業務
- 解約、減額手続き
- 契約者貸付対応
- 払済保険への変更手続き
- 契約内容変更業務全般
- 社内外関係者との連携
- 業務改善およびデジタル化推進への対応（経験に応じて）
