Job Description
■ 業務内容
クライアントのフェーズに応じ、以下の業務を包括的にご担当いただきます。
1. 海外拠点の運営・コンプライアンス支援（包括対応）
- クライアント窓口としての対応（経理・税務・給与・会社秘書業務など）
- 記帳代行、決算対応、税務申告の管理
- 社内スタッフおよび外部専門家との連携・進行管理
- 各種コンプライアンス業務の統括
2. アドバイザリー業務
- クロスボーダー案件における財務デューデリジェンス
- 組織再編に伴う会計・税務スキームの検討
- 内部統制対応・内部監査支援
- 現地拠点の財務分析、資金管理に関するアドバイス

Required Skills
■ 応募要件（必須）
- 会計事務所での実務経験（3年以上）
- 資格： 公認会計士、税理士、または同等の高度な会計実務・税務知識をお持ちの方
- 英語での実務コミュニケーション能力
- 関係者と連携しながら業務を推進できる方
■ 歓迎条件
- 会計・税務関連資格をお持ちの方
- M&Aや内部統制に関する実務経験
- 英語を使用した業務経験または海外勤務経験
■ 給与条件、福利厚生
- 給与：RM 10,000～20,000（経験に応じて決定）
- 賞与：年2回（業績・評価に応じる）
