バスの新規プロジェクトに関して下記を行う部門です。
－開発管理（タイムライン、予算、車両仕様の管理）
－複数の関係者との会議の企画・進行・終了・議事録作成
－車両仕様書／図面リリース要求／製品プロファイルリスト／リリース状況、開発成熟度レベルの追跡に関する文書作成
－営業部門との仕様／市場要求の調整
－コンポーネント／システムプロジェクト管理のサポート

プロジェクトのコンセプト段階から出荷までプロセスを一貫して関わることができやり甲斐のあるのある業務です。
・大型バス：MG 1人、担当 2人
・小型バス：MG 1人、担当 2人

【仕事内容】
1. 小型バス ZEV の企画立案およびアクション
技術計画の策定（開発スケジュール／開発目標／開発品質／予算計画）

2. 小型バス ZEV のプロジェクト管理
開発スケジュール管理／QG 管理（設計レビュー／開発品質確認／社内調整）
開発予算管理
コスト・重量管理

3. マネジメント
部門内の業務達成（部下の総力を結集した取り組み／他部門との調整）
部下のモチベーション維持、育成・教育（研修の企画および参加）
管理レベルの情報を部下へ共有（会社状況、業務関連事項）
研究開発目標の遂行
業務変革の推進
会社方針・ガイドラインの厳格な実行

4. 小型バス ZEV のライフサイクル管理
製品ポートフォリオリストの作成
研究開発として実施するか否かの意思決定（品質向上、調整コスト・研究開発費、スケジュールを考慮）
改善目標の設定、目標管理および結果報告

5. 小型バス ZEV の販売促進支援
販売マニュアル作成および顧客向け説明の支援
架装要領書の発行

【Department Introduction】
This department is responsible for the following regarding new bus projects management in R D:
・Development management （Management of timeline budget and vehicle specs）
・Organizing / facilitating / concluding / minutes making of the meeting for multiple stakeholders.
・Making documentation for vehicle spec / drawing release request / Product Profile List / tracking of release status development maturity level.
・Spec / Market request alignment with Sales.
・Support of Component / System project management

This is a rewarding job where you can be involved in the entire process from the project concept stage to shipment.
HDB : 1 MG 2 staff
LDB : 1 MG 2 staff

【Job Description】
1. Concept planning and action for LDB ZEV
Drafting technical plan （development schedule/development target/development quality/Budget planning）

2. Project administration of LDB ZEV
Management of development schedule/QG management （design review/development quality confirmation/internal coordination）
Development budget management
Cost Weight management

3. Management
Achievement of tasks in the department （collective effort in mobilizing subordinates/coordination with other departments）
Keeping up motivation of subordinates fostering and education （planning and participation of training）
Releasing management level information to subordinates （company situation work related matters）
Execution of R D tartget.
Breakthrough of changes in work
Strict execution of campany policy and guidelines

4. Lifecycle management of LDB ZEV
Setting up Product portfolio list
Decision making whether to execute or not as R D （based on taking into an account of quality improvement adjustment cost amp; R D expense scheduling）
Setting up target for improvement managing targets and reporting the results

5. Sales promotion support for LDB ZEV
Supporting to make sales manual and explanation to the customer.
Releasing Body Builder Manual.

【募集要件／Requirement】
・自動車、基礎技術、ZEVに関する基本的な知識、または自動車会社でZEVに対する就業経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識または経験
・コミュニケーション能力、交渉力、リーダーシップ
・一般的な PC スキル
・語学力（日本語：ビジネスレベル or ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル）
（英語の代わりに中国語でも可）

・Basic knowledge of automobiles fundamental technologies and ZEV technologies or work experience for ZEV at automobile campany
・Project management knoledge for ZEV or experience
・Communication skills negotiation skills leadership
・General PC skill
・Languages （Japanese : Business or Native English : Business）
（Chinese is also acceptable instead of English.）
