具体的には下記内容の企画・実行・改善などリード頂きます。
・国内外拠点及びグループ企業を含めた全社ガバナンス、リスクマネージメント、コンプライアンスの強化、管理、企画提案、推進
・海外人材の採用及び制度構築
・階層別教育研修プログラムの企画
・労務に関する調整・交渉
・総務部門のメンバーマネジメント
・経営へのレポーティング
・健康経営の企画
※その他、業務改善や、職場環境の改善を、経営と社員双方の調整をしながら提案、推進頂きます。
