【事業管理業務】
・トップライン/経費/設備投資予算全般統括（予算計画・見込・実績を踏まえた改善活動、イレギュラー対応）
・予算に関わる進捗報告、部門横断折衝、各種調査対応
【事業企画業務】
・中長期経営計画、経営会議資料等の策定、アップデート
・OKR、KPIモニタリング、改善活動への参画、協調
・事業企画課が関与する各種企画業務、プロジェクトのリーダー
【その他】
・本部長、事業部長、本部室長等からの指示事項への対応
・統括本部の全体イベントなど、他課と連携した本部室活動への参画（定例会議、社員ミーティング（タウンホール）等）
・事業企画課マネージャーとしての実務全般
