本ポジションは、日本関連の旅行プログラムにおけるオペレーション管理に加え、ベンダーとの契約・交渉・関係構築を担います。

職務内容
日本関連旅行プログラムのエンドツーエンド・オペレーション管理
交通、宿泊、レストラン等のランドサービス手配および運営統括
ベンダーの新規開拓、選定、契約サポート、条件交渉
コスト構造を理解した上での価格調整・付加価値提案
シーズン別コストテンプレートおよび運営資料の作成
ローカルガイドの採用・研修・緊急時対応のサポート
