A leading global Japanese financial services group is seeking a Web Developer / DevOps Engineer to drive high-impact digital transformation and application development for its premier domestic and wealth management divisions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop system architecture for new and mid-stage global web and client applications using an agile, total in-house development methodology.
- Interfacing directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical designs and documentation on a timely basis.
- Construct, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and automated deployment frameworks.
- Own end-to-end testing cycles including SIT, E2E, and UAT while managing test cases and driving milestone reviews.
- Provide full hands-on coding expertise, act as a gatekeeper during code reviews, and deliver L3 application ownership support.

Working Hours: 8:40 – 17:40 (Mon-Fri)

職務内容:

- アジャイルかつ完全内製化（インハウス）の開発手法を用いた、新規および中期のグローバルWeb/クライアントアプリケーションのシステムアーキテクチャ設計・開発。

- ビジネスステークホルダーとの直接の折衝を通じた、複雑な業務要件の技術設計および仕様ドキュメントへのタイムリーな落とし込み。

- 継続的インテグレーション（CI）および自動デプロイメント枠組みを支える、堅牢なCI/CDパイプラインの構築・最適化・維持管理。

- テストケースの管理、ならびにSIT（システム統合テスト）、E2E（エンドツーエンドテスト）、UAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）などのマイルストーンレビューの主導を含む、エンドツーエンドのテストサイクルの統括。

- フルハンズオンでのコーディング、コードレビューにおけるゲートキーパー（品質担保）としての役割の遂行、およびL3アプリケーション運用保守サポートの提供。

- Hold a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience across Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.

- Demonstrate strong, hands-on development and debugging expertise utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Python.

- Maintain solid domain knowledge and development experience in financial, banking, core ledger, or wealth management systems.

- Possess practical experience working within Agile development methodologies and modern DevOps environments.
