英語で支えるITヘルプデスク
外資系企業や大手企業の海外拠点のユーザーを対象に、英語を用いたITサポート業務をお任せします。
電話やメールを通じて、PCや各種システムに関する問い合わせ対応やトラブル解決に携わっていただきます。
【具体的には…】
・海外ユーザーからの技術的な問い合わせ対応
・英語でのメール対応、資料作成、翻訳・通訳サポート
・ネットワークやサーバーに関する運用・サポート業務（マニュアルに基づいた対応が中心）
・システム障害の切り分け、原因分析およびレポート作成
業務を通じて、ITスキルと実践的な英語力の両方を身につけることができます。
また、研修やサポート体制も充実しているため、段階的にスキルアップできる環境です。
