■ Overview
Join our team supporting a major financial-sector data center in Toyosu, Tokyo, on the day shift.
You will start by building solid operational skills under our on-site team leaders. Depending on your interest and performance, you can later move into night shift or team leader roles.

■ Responsibilities
- Install, rack, and cable IT and network equipment
- Data center operations following standards, procedures, and safety rules
- Manage work tickets and complete tasks in coordination with other teams
- Access control, escort of vendors and visitors, and receiving equipment
- Facility patrols, access log checks, and CCTV monitoring
- Smart hands support for remote sites
- First-line incident reporting and escalation
- Hardware troubleshooting and upgrades (Dell, Cisco, Arista, etc.)
- Maintain operation logs and documentation in Japanese

■ Requirements
[Required]
- 1+ year of experience in data center or IT infrastructure operations
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above for non-native speakers)
- Ability to read English procedures and emails
- Ability to lift IT equipment of 10kg or more

[Preferred]
- Hands-on experience with racking, cabling, and hardware replacement
- Experience with ticket-based operations (ITSM / ITIL)
- Network certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.)
- Shift work experience

Toyosu area, Koto-ku, Tokyo
(Full details will be provided during interview)

■ Working Hours
08:00 – 20:00 (12-hour day shift, breaks included)
Approx. 14–16 working days per month
2 days on / 2 days off rotation

■ Holidays / Days Off
More than half the month off depending on shift schedule
