No prior data center experience is required. Full training and on-the-job support will be provided.

■ Responsibilities

• Manage access control for visitors and vendors
• Escort contractors and on-site visitors
• Receive deliveries and equipment shipments
• Perform routine patrol checks inside the facility
• Handle first-line incident reporting and escalation
• Maintain operation logs and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams in Japanese
• Support smooth night shift operations

No advanced server engineering work required.

Toyosu area, Koto-ku, Tokyo

■ Working Hours

20:00 – 08:00 (12-hour night shift, breaks included)

Approx. 14–16 working days per month

2 days on / 2 days off rotation

■ Holidays / Days Off

More than half the month off depending on shift schedule

■ Requirements

Must Have

• Business-level Japanese communication skills
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Responsible and professional attitude

Preferred

• Data center experience
• IT support / operations experience
• Facilities / logistics / security experience
• Shift work experience
• Basic English communication skills
