A global financial services company is seeking a Structurer to AVP. The selected candidate will drive origination, structuring, and execution of finance transactions while supporting client relationships and risk management.

Responsibilities:
- Originate, market, structure, and execute export finance, project finance, and structured finance transactions
- Collaborate with Coverage to strengthen relationships with Japanese clients
- Manage financial and non-financial risk assessments as the first line of defense
- Support senior management with portfolio monitoring and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience with an export finance, project finance, structured finance team
- Business level Japanese; proficient in English
