• ポストトレード業務（約定後の取引ライフサイクル）のサポート
• クライアントの窓口としての問い合わせ対応や、エスカレーション
• クライアント課題の分析、解決策の提案
• サービス改善（プロダクト、IT、アナリティクスチームと連携）
• オペレーション部門間の調整や、円滑な業務遂行の支援
• システム導入やインフラ改善プロジェクト

Join a global financial services provider as a Client Services Associate in Tokyo, supporting critical post-trade infrastructure and middle office operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with investment banks and global clients, ensuring seamless trade lifecycle management and operational excellence. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping resolve issues and improve service delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Support post-trade lifecycle operations for investment banking clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and operational escalations
• Collaborate with clients to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
• Work with internal teams including product, technology, and analytics to implement solutions
• Ensure smooth delivery across operations functions and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in system implementation and infrastructure improvement projects

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ポストトレード業務の経験
• 投資銀行や証券会社のトレード・ライフサイクルに関する知識
• 債券、デリバティブ、株式など金融商品の知識
• ポストトレードの基本的なIT知識（トランザクションシステムやトレードサポート・プラットフォームなど）

• コミュニケーション能力（クライアント対応含む）
• 問題解決力
• チームワーク

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（顧客や海外チームと協働できるレベル）

• カストディ業務または証券サービス業務の経験

• 自律性を尊重しつつ、必要な場面では周囲が適切に支援する、成熟した組織風土

• Experience in post-trade processes and investment banking trade lifecycle
• Knowledge of financial products such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities
• Familiarity with transaction systems and trade support platforms

• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to solve operational issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Native level

• Experience in custody operations or securities services
