• Azureデータプラットフォーム（Landing／Staging／Refined）の設計・構築

• ビジネス部門との連携（データ要件や業務ロジックの整理・定義など）
• データエンジニアおよびアーキテクトチームのリード・育成

Join a multinational insurance company as a Data Architect (Team Lead) in Tokyo, leading enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will design and implement Azure-based data platforms, including structured data layers such as landing, staging, and refined zones. You will also drive large-scale data migration and governance strategies, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives.

• Lead enterprise data architecture design and modelling across Azure data platforms
• Architect structured data environments including landing, staging, and refined zones
• Drive large-scale data migration initiatives across the organisation
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and business logic
• Lead and mentor data engineering and architecture teams

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 大規模データ移行プロジェクトの推進経験
• MDM・メタデータ管理・データガバナンスの実務経験
• OLTPおよびOLAPの両方の理解・経験
• Azure・Databricksなどのクラウドデータ基盤の経験
• リレーショナルデータモデリング（スター・スキーマ、SCD）の専門知識
• データエンジニア、またはアーキテクチャチームのマネジメントやリーダー経験
• PythonおよびDatabricksがわかること

• Strong experience leading large-scale data migration programs
• Expertise in MDM, metadata management, and data governance frameworks
• Experience with both OLTP and OLAP systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, storage, databases)
• Advanced knowledge of relational data modelling (Star Schema, SCD)
• Proven leadership experience managing data engineering or architecture teams
• Proficiency in Python and Databricks

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
