- 日本拠点におけるITサービスデリバリー全体の統括
- ITサポートの品質管理、SLA／KPI達成状況のモニタリング
- 複雑な技術的課題に対するエスカレーション対応
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの要件整理および技術的提案
- ネットワーク、サーバー、インフラ関連プロジェクトのリード
