【Fullremote/Global environment】Infra, SRE engineer

A Telework platform and product planning/development/sales/operation company is looking for a SRE/Infrastructure engineer. 

Responsibilities: 
- Service and feature architecture design and review
- Service infrastructure design, construction, and operation
- Optimizing system reliability, performance, and cost.
- Development and operation of software to automate operations and monitoring.
- Incident response and on-call staffing, and operational improvements through post-mortem analysis.
- Improving development productivity and developer experience through the development and testing environment.
- Development of a CI/CD infrastructure to shorten lead times
- Tech stack used: Terraform, Ansible, CircleCI, Jenkins, Datadog, CloudWatch, Kibana, Athena, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Java

Working Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (Mon-Fri), Core hours (10:00 – 15:00)
Working Style: Remote (one day in-office per month)

- Infrastructure & Networking: At least 1 year of experience in infrastructure design with a basic understanding of networking and security (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS).
- Development Skills: Familiarity with object-oriented programming and collaborative development using pull request–based workflows.
- Cloud & Automation: Experience or knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform is preferred.
- SRE & Communication: Understanding of SRE principles and willingness to communicate in English in a team environment.

Japanese: N2 level

English:  High intermediate level
