Job Description
韓国・ソウルで展開する⼈気レストランの⽇本進出における、
店舗運営全般の統括マネジメントをお任せします。
単なる数字の管理（PL管理）に留まらず、
現場と連携しながら「⽇本での成功」を⾃らの⼿で作り上げていくポジションです。
店舗全体の運営・管理
・店舗のオペレーション構築・最適化
・売上、原価、⼈件費などの数値管理および改善施策の⽴案・実⾏
現場の活性化・ハンズオン⽀援
・京都店や韓国本社への定期的な出張による、現場把握と指導
・課題発⾒時の現場介⼊、⾃ら動いての改善フロー構築
数値管理およびPDCAの回送
・売上、原価、⼈件費等の包括的な収⽀管理（PL管理）
・データに基づいた収益性向上のためのアクションプラン策定
人材マネジメント
・店⻑・スタッフの採⽤・教育研修、評価制度の運⽤
・チームのモチベーション向上と、ブランドマインドの浸透

Required Skills

・韓国語/⽇本語ともにビジネスレベル以上
・飲⾷、⼩売、サービス業等での複数店舗マネジメント経験（エリアマネージャー、SV等）
・出張が可能な⽅（京都/韓国店舗への定期的な出張が発⽣します）
・損益計算書（PL）を管理し、具体的な改善施策を実⾏できる数値管理能⼒

・レストランの新規⽴ち上げ経験
・グローバルな環境でのマネジメント経験
・既存の枠組みにとらわれず、ゼロベースで仕組みを構築できる柔軟性
