GMおよびエグゼクティブ層へのHRパートナーリング
タレントマネジメント／後継者育成の推進
採用戦略の立案・実行
報酬・福利厚生の設計および市場整合性の確保
エンゲージメント施策・組織文化の強化
HRチームのマネジメントおよび育成
労務・エンプロイーリレーション対応
