Required Skills
以下全てのスキル・ご経験をお持ちの方
（１）英語力：英検準1級以上 または TOEIC850点以上
IELTS試験において、ネイティブの面接委員及び、外国人受験者とのメール・電話、試験当日のやり取り、本部マニュアル読解、本部システム利用におけるコミュニケーション能力が必要となります。
（２）PCスキル：Excelでのデータ管理（VLOOKUP / IF関数が使用できるレベル）
（３）マネジメント経験：10名以上のアルバイト・パートスタッフのシフト管理・教育・評価経験
（４）運営責任者経験：店舗・施設・会場などにおける責任者経験
（５）トラブル対応経験：クレーム対応やイレギュラー対応を主体的に解決した経験
