人事部給与・福利厚生チームに配属となり、給与計算、労務関連業務、人事給与システムに関わるプロジェクト推進に従事頂きます。
【具体的な業務内容】
・給与計算、社会保険手続きはアウトソースしていますが、委託先と調整し、業務フローの改善を企画実施。
・社内業務についてもシステム導入検討やフロー改善、効率化の実現に向けた改善案を企画実行。
・人事給与システムCOMPANYに関わるプロジェクトをベンダー、社内関係部門と調整し、推進。
部・チームのミッション：変化の激しい中、安定して給与計算や労務管理の実務を遂行しながら、業務フロー改善やシステム化などを推進し、効率化を図る。社内外関係者と連携し、制度変更などにも実務レベルまで落とし込みをし、スピーディーにミスなく実行する。
