Technical Support
・ Responding to technical questions from customers via email or phone.
・ Providing technical advice and participating in technical discussions with customers.
・ Creating technical documentation.
Quotation and Order Processing
・ Analyze customer requirements to design suitable products based on application and site conditions
・ Prepare and follow up quotations
・ Work closely with Indonesia factory to ensure smooth order processing.
After sales
・ Support after sales activities including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
・ Follow up on progress and coordinate actions with the service team
◆顧客業界：自動車、食品、医療、データセンター業界向けの熱交換器、空調設備機器、冷蔵装置
◆顧客業種：国内冷凍システムメーカー、重電メーカー
