• カストディおよびサードパーティクリアリングを含む、証券決済業務の監督
• システム開発・テスト・業務改善プロジェクトの推進（IT部門と連携）
• 決済プロセスやフローのエキスパートとして、顧客や関係部署に貢献すること（問い合わせ対応、会議への参加など）
• 業務効率化・自動化やプロセス改善の推進
• 内部統制・規制対応・業務マニュアル整備などのコンプライアンス対応

Join a leading global financial institution as a Securities Settlement Operations AVP, overseeing end-to-end settlement operations in Japan.

This role combines hands-on operational leadership, process improvement, and system project involvement, offering strong exposure across custody and clearing functions. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while driving automation, efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

• Oversee daily securities settlement operations, including custody and third-party clearing.
• Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements, testing, and operational projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting client inquiries and stakeholder communication.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 証券オペレーション（決済・カストディ・クリアリングなど）の経験5〜10年程度
• 金融商品の基本知識
• 関連規制の知識

• 経験豊富なチームをまとめ、モチベーションを引き出すリーダーシップ
• 顧客や関係部署と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
• 改善を推進する問題解決力、実行力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• JASDEC、BOJ-NET、PSMS、JSDD、JDCCなどの日本の決済システムの知識・経験
• 証券外務員資格や内部管理責任者資格などの関連資格

• 5-10 years of experience in securities operations, custody, clearing, and settlement.
• Experience working within financial institutions or investment banking environments.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills when engaging with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

• Knowledge of Japanese settlement systems (JASDEC, BOJ-NET, PSMS, JSDD, JDCC)
• Relevant certifications such as JASA (Securities Sales Representative) or Internal Controls Manager
