• Support business-led strategy and transformation initiatives across functions
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements and processes (As-Is / To-Be)
• Bridge business and IT to deliver solutions and drive Agile projects
• Translate strategy into execution plans (roadmap, KPI, governance)
• Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational capability building

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in life insurance or business process improvement
• Experience leading projects as a Lead BA
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of Agile development and system implementation
• Knowledge of insurance products/regulations preferred

JP:

• 生命保険会社でのビジネスアナリスト経験、または業務改善経験3年以上
• リードBAとしてのプロジェクト推進経験
• ステークホルダーマネジメントおよび高いコミュニケーション能力
• Agile開発およびシステム開発プロセスの理解
• 保険商品・保険業法の知識があれば尚可
