- 人事ビジネスパートナーリング
- 給与・社会保険・ペイロール業務
- 海外出向社員の管理
- 採用業務（中途・契約・派遣含む）
- エンゲージメント、カルチャーの醸成
- 報酬・福利厚生（C&B）
- 労務・規程管理、従業員対応
- 人材開発、パフォーマンス・タレントマネジメント
- 健康・安全・ウェルビーイングの推進
- 人事データ管理（SAP・人事用アプリケーション等）
- 入退社手続き
- 休暇管理
- 組織図管理
- 人件費、P&C予算策定
- 社内外（税務署・税理士・監査法人等）による税務監査対応
- 税務・労務に関する監査資料の作成・説明対応
- 内外監査（税務・労務）対応
- 人事プロセスの改善および効率化推進
必須要件:
- 人事実務経験5年以上
- 日本の労働法規に関する知識
- 人事制度、労務、採用、C&Bに関する幅広い知識
- 中級レベルのPCスキル（Word・Excel・PowerPoint・Outlook）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- 基礎レベルの英語力（TOEIC680点以上、英検2級以上）
歓迎要件:
- 外資系・グローバル企業での人事経験
- SAP（HRモジュール）の使用経験
- タレントマネジメント・人財開発の知識
