JAC’s client, a Japanese professional services firm, is seeking for a Senior Staff – Financial Advisory Service (FAS) position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high quality reports in the following areas together with FAS Manager and Japanese CPA:

• Financial & Tax Due Diligence

• Financial Valuations of businesses and assets

• Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)

• Post Merger Integration (PMI)

• M&A Advisory

• Work closely with clients and target management to understand their business and expectations, and reflect findings into reports

• Instruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are a strong advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Valuations, IFRS Advisory, Internal Control advisory/ Internal Audit at a consulting or accounting firm

• Solid knowledge in one or more of the following: Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Valuation & Financial Modelling, M&A Advisory, or Auditing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Diligent working style with strong teamwork and independent working capability
